I agree with the information after reading. I would to share my comment - Americans suffer from all types of allergies, according to the Allergy and Asthma Foundation of America. The possibilities are high which you or somebody you know suffers from an allergy of some kind. Most people who are suffering with an allergy head over to the doctor to generally be treated and are frequently given pharmaceuticals from acetaminophens to antihistamines, both of which might aggravate the allergy indications it was given for. Pure raw apple cider vinegar is taken for a number of medicinal purposes such as boosting immunity, controlling weight and caring on the skin and hair; it promotes alkalinity and PH balance of the body, which is one reason why it works wonderful being a natural cure to ward off all types of allergies.

This is a quick, fun way to make pancakes on the run. This is not my first choice for best whole grain and other healthier options with lower sugars. I recommend Bob's Red Mill organic mix if you are looking for the most nutritional boost for sure. Use this one only as a fun, quickie meal with your kids.

Hey Allie - love reading your blog and will talk to you n more detail soon - but I am curoius to know how this compares to the Fiber One pancake batter... that has been my most recent selection but I'm still unsure about it. Per serving, (1/2 cup mix) it seems like lots of sodium (450 mg) and has a long ingredients list; certainly not organic; but boasts 10g of whole grain per serving (what does that mean?), has 25% dv of calcium, which I like for my non milk drinking child, 10 % iron which I like for my anemic child, and a nice list of other vitamins and astes really good....
any thoughts?
thanks, shaun
